Hi my name is S.J.Budd, I live in London but grew up in Cornwall surrounded by beautiful wild lands and ancient Celtic legends and folk tales which had a big impact on my eternal fascination with everything out of the strange and ordinary. Like seriously who wants to be normal? Not me!

 Earthly Joy, is about a man who comes to in the middle of nowhere. He has no idea how he got there or where he's going but inside there's a desperate instinct for survival. He comes across a dark house in the wilds which stirs his memory, he knows it's a bad place but he must enter if he is to survive.



Shadows at the Door is a brand new site dedicated to publishing original horror fiction as well as podcasts and articles. Their wonderful stories come illustrated by Barney Bodoano's beautifully macabre drawings. I heartily recommend paying Shadows at the Door a visit.

Greenheart leaves the safety of her coven upon hearing dark rumours coming from a small village of a little girl who faces execution for witchcraft. She's determined to save her and give her the proper tutoring she needs.

This is a really great magazine and I'm not just saying that because I was fortunate enough to have been published in it. If you love horror stories that are really original and scary this is for you. It's out every month and is worth every penny.
